I have been videoing these dippers for three years. They have nested regularly under a bridge beside the Fettercairn Distillery. I film them over three months and visit them twice a day whatever the weather. I usually have about 45 hours of film which is whittled down to 2 mins 30 secs for the submission to the Scottish Nature Video Awards. This video won the award in 2021. When the chicks fledged they fear nothing and I was able to get with in a few feet of them, when I discovered the fourth one was sitting between my feet!
